Roles and Responsibilities
- Development of the features to enhance product using different development aspects of Dynamics Finance and Operation.
- Support customers with their issues and provide them latest releases.
- Prepare the solution as per the customer requirement based on the business.
- Preparing the Technical design document for new and enhanced functionality
- Customize current system as per the requirement.
- Suggestion and selection of the functionality as per the business requirement.
- Support client to work efficiently on different modules of Dynamics.
- Work on end-to-end upgrade process of MS Dynamics for finance and operations.
- Create Power BI reports, online dashboard and publish it on D365 FO workspace.
- Work on extensions in MS Dynamics 365 for operations and also on delegates and event handling.
- Work on package deployment on MS Dynamics 365 for operations.
- Work on Data import and export framework (DIXF) and entity store.
- Work on Modification of standard functionality on customer request.
- Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
Skill Sets
- BCA, BSc, MCA, MSc, MTech, ME, Bachelor Of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering
- Microsoft Technologies->Microsoft Dynamics F&O
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
- Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest technology solutions
